Do you have any type of service guarantee?
Any error is corrected upon website delivery.
The guarantee does not covers any error or problem caused by updates or installations performed by the client.
The service includes 4 weeks of support after delivery in order for the client to modify or change as required.
It is recommended to ask before any modification is performed.
Any extra modification or fix will be budgetted aside.
Can I cancel the service?
Service can be cancelled from both sides.
As a client, you can cancel anytime. Any payments performed will not be reimbursed since from the beginning we committed to project completion.
Miguel can cancel the service for any infringement or fault against his integrity. In this case payments won’t be refunded.
Can I pause the service or any payment?
Once the project starts, is very important to follow as agreed in terms of times, deliverables and payments. In the case that the client does not performs as expected, Miguel will have the possibility of cancelling and do not refund any payments made.
Pausing the service shows lack of commitment with the initial agreement, Miguel will be able to choose how and when to restart. Exclusivity and priority are lost at the moment the project is paused, it is not recommended to do so.
Can I pay in installments?
The service is confirmed with the 50% of the total value of the project is deposited. Performing the first payment translates in full and complete commitment from the client to the designer and back.
The second payment is required at the moment of delivery.
In case any special payment structure is required it has to be agreed from both parts prior the first payment is done.
How much time do you need to complete a website?
Minimum 30 days, maximum 60 days depending on the project complexity.
The project time starts in the moment that all requested files are provided and the first 50% deposit is done.
It is very important to state that in order to have an efficient workflow and deliver on time, the commitment and agreements are to be respected.
Any lack of files or communication from the client side are justifications for Miguel cancelling the service.
How many revisions can be done to the project?
The service budget includes one single design review.
In case the client wants to perform changes on the project design he/she will be able to write an email with a list of modifications.
This changes are exclusive to the project design mock-up.
Once the project is delivered, the client will be able to perform any text or web content modification at will.
If Miguel is required to perform this changes it will be budgeted aside.
